Pacific Coast Pasta Co., owned by a local Italian family, commenced in 2018 in El Dorado Hills as an Italian Mobile Eatery and Caterer offering artisan sandwiches, a variety of pasta dishes with freshly prepared sauces, and other Italian specialties.
